摘 要:提出一种新型的混合永磁记忆电机,采用铁氧体作为低矫顽力永磁体,并对转子拓扑结构进行改进。由于电枢磁动势与铁氧体的磁化密切相关,根据磁动势与极数的关系可确定极数的选取。在不同定子槽数下,分析其空载反电动势及其满载转矩可选取出合适的槽数。该新型电机采用27槽6极结构,并针对该结构分析不同定转子尺寸参数下的反电动势和铁氧体磁化特性,得到不同的尺寸参数对电机性能的影响,从而为该类型电机的设计提供参考。最后设计并制造了一台样机,对样机进行仿真和测试,实验结果验证了理论分析的准确性。In this paper, a novel hybrid permanent magnet memory motor is proposed, in which ferrite magnets are used as the low coercive force(LCF) magnets, and the rotor topology is improved. MMF is closely related to the magnetization of the ferrite magnets, and according to the relationship between the MMF and the number of rotor poles, the number of rotor poles is determined. The EMF under no-load condition and the torque under full load condition are analyzed to determine the number of stator slots. A 27-slot/6-pole structure is adopted in the novel motor. And, based on this structure, the EMF and the remagnetization characteristic of the ferrite magnets are analyzed under a series of different dimensional parameters. As a result, the influence of each parameter on the performances of the motor is obtained, which provides a reference for the design of this kind of motors. A prototype is designed and fabricated,while its performance is examined with both simulation and measurement.
