摘  要:提出了一种用于弱磁升速运行的新定子结构永磁同步电机,这种电机每个定子槽内设置一对分流齿,它能减少磁路磁阻,增加有限的电枢磁动势产生的电枢磁通,束缚在分流齿中大部分电枢磁通,将抵消永磁励磁磁通与定子绕组匝链,控制定子绕组磁链,实现弱磁升速。建立了新结构电机的等效磁路,说明分流齿弱磁工作原理,并解释分流齿束缚电枢磁通并不削弱电机转矩输出的机理。对新定子结构电机进行了有限元分析,在此基础上研制了一台样机并进行了实验研究,实验结果和计算结果相吻合,验证了新定子结构永磁同步电机的弱磁性能。A new design concept is proposed for flux weakening operation in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). A pair of shunt-tooth are embedded in each slot of the stator,which can reduce magnet circuit reluctance and increase the flux produced by less armature magnetometive force. More armature flux mainly circulating in shunt-tooth will counteract permanent magnet excitation flux enwinding stator winding,control stator winding flux linkage,and rise speed by flux weakening. Based on equivalent magnet circuit,the flux weakening principle of shunt-tooth was firstly introduced,and then the reason that torque output is not affected by shunt-tooth was explained. The new stator design has been studied by finite element analysis(FEA). Based on previous analysis, a prototype motor is manufactured and experimented. The testing results are corresponding to the calculation results, which could verify flux weakening capacity of the new design concept.
