摘  要:分数槽集中绕组永磁同步直线电机(Fractional-slot Windings Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motors,FW-PMSLM)采用端部不重叠的集中绕组,具有磁阻力小、推力波动小、端部绕组短、用铜材料省、损耗小等优点,适合于长行程、高精度驱动场合。本文以15槽16极FW-PMSLM为例,考虑电枢电流分布函数和永磁体电流密度等效,建立分层解析模型。运用傅氏级数法推导出气隙和磁极区域中磁场的解析公式,分析FW-PMSLM电枢磁场和励磁磁场的分布。针对传统卡氏系数法在计算FW-PMSLM磁场的不足,提出采用分布卡氏系数函数来计及铁心开槽对分数槽电机磁场的影响,将解析分析与有限元分析结果进行比较,验证本文所提分布卡氏系数函数法解析求解FW-PMSLM磁场的有效性。利用该方法分析不同极弧系数、不同初级齿宽以及不同气隙长度时的电机推力以及这些因素对推力解析计算精度的影响,利用不同气隙下的实验结果验证推力解析计算精度。为分数槽永磁直线电机的工程计算和优化设计提供依据。Fractional-slot Windings Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motors(FW-PMSLM), which possess the merits of low cogging force, small thrust ripple, short end windings, low copper consumption and low power losses, are especially suitable for the long stroke transportation and accurate drive system. The multilayer analytical model of a FW-PWSLM prototype with 16 poles and 15 slots is presented based on the expressions of winding current distribution and the body current density equivalence of magnet. The magnetic fields of FW-PWSLM generated by winding current and permanent magnet are analyzed and calculated according to the analytical flux formulas of air-gap field and permanent magnet field derived by the Fourier series. The distributed Carter coefficient function is proposed to consider the slotting effect of primary core on the magnetic field. The results of the proposed analytical model are compared with finite element analysis results to verify the validity of the proposed modeling method. The electromagnetic force calculation errors of proposed method are compared by different pole arc coefficient and primary tooth width. Experimental thrust result on a prototype is presented and compared with the proposed analytical model by different airgap lengths. This paper provides the references for magnetic field calculation and optimization of the FW-PMSLM.
