摘 要:近年来随着电力机车运行速度的不断提高,弓网电弧电磁噪声越来越严重,已经成为电力机车安全运行的隐患。为研究弓网电弧的电磁噪声及其抑制方法,设计了一套弓网电弧电磁噪声实验系统。该系统由电波暗室、弓网电弧发生器、弓网电弧检测系统组成。以铜接触导线-浸金属碳滑板为研究对象,通过改变接触压力、接触电流和运行速度,开展了64组弓网电弧辐射电磁噪声实验。弓网电弧的辐射电磁噪声主要体现为电场噪声,主要分布在30-500MHz之间,特别是在30-60MHz、60-80MHz频段内干扰强度较大。增大回路电流,则弓网电弧电场噪声的分布变得更加密集、干扰水平增强。增大接触压力或滑动速度,则电场噪声分布先变稀疏后变密集。In recent years, with the continuous increasing of electric locomotive running speed, electromagnetic noise of pantograph arc gets more and more serious and has become a kind of security risk of electric railway's operation. To study the electromagnetic noise and suppression methods of pantograph arc, an electromagnetic noise experimental system was developed. The experimental system is composed of a special 1m echoic chamber, pantograph arc generator and pantograph arc detection system. With the experimental system, 64 groups of radiation electromagnetic noise experiments were conducted under different contact force, contact current and sliding speed conditions. The experimental materials are metal impregnation carbon slide and Cu contact wire respectively. The radiated electromagnetic noise is mainly distributed in the frequency band from 30 MHz to 500 MHz. With the increase of contact current, the amplitude of radiated electric field noise increases gradually as well as the interference frequency band. With the increase of contact pressure, the amplitude firstly increases and then decreases, the interference frequency band firstly become narrow and then widen.
