摘 要:受开关器件性能的限制,超稀疏矩阵变换器(Ultra Sparse Matrix Converter,USMC)传统空间矢量调制策略中含有大量窄脉冲,从而引起输出波形发生非线性畸变。针对这种情况,本文分析了窄脉冲产生的原因,通过对传统调制策略进行改进,提出了一种窄脉冲抑制策略。该策略通过比较整流级各矢量占空比的大小,重新排列各矢量的工作顺序,避免了有效矢量的丢失;同时,在逆变级调制中适当插入零矢量来增大脉冲宽度,进而减少了窄脉冲的数量。该策略不仅有效抑制了窄脉冲引起的波形畸变,优化了USMC的输入-输出性能,而且简单易实现,无需增加额外硬件。实验结果证明了所提方案的可行性和有效性。Limited by the property of switching devices, lots of narrow pulses are generated in the conventional space vector modulation of ultra sparse matrix converter(USMC), which will cause nonlinear distortion of the output waveform. Aiming at this condition, the causes that generating narrow pulses were analyzed and a narrow pulse suppression method was developed after improving the conventional modulation strategy. With the improved strategy, the order of active vectors in rectifier stage was rearranged after comparing the magnitude of duty cycle of each vector, which could avoid the losing of active vectors. At the same time, suitable zero space vectors were placed in the modulation of inverter stage to increase the width of pulses, which could reduce the number of narrow pulses. This strategy not only can effectively suppress the nonlinear distortion caused by narrow pulses, which can optimize the input-output performance of USMC, but also easily to implement without additional hardware. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by experimental results.
