摘 要:针对双有源dc-dc变换器采用传统单移相控制时存在环流功率以及电压不匹配时电流应力过大的缺点,双重移相控制备受青睐。本文首先分析了双重移相控制的所有模态、并以其中一种模态为例分析了双重移相控制的工作原理,分别分析推导得出单移相和双重移相控制方式下双有源dc-dc变换器的传输功率和电流应力。在此基础上,分析推导了双重移相控制所有模态下电流应力最小的条件以及最优电流控制原理和实现方案,使双有源dc-dc变换器工作在电流应力最小状态,提高了效率。最后通过实验验证了最优电流控制正确性和优越性。For a dual-active-bridge(DAB) dc-dc converter with the traditional single-phase-shift(SPS) control, there are power circulating flow and larger current stress when the voltage conversion ratio is not equal to one. In order to eliminate the power circulating flow and reduce the current stress, dual-phase-shift(DPS) control is proposed and gained more attractive. All possible modes of DPS control is first analyzed in this paper, and the operating principle of DPS control is then analyzed. The transmission power and current stress of DAB dc-dc converter with both SPS and DPS control were analyzed and derived respectively. On this basis, the constraint condition to minimize the current stress, as well as optimal current control and implement scheme with all modes of DPS control, are analyzed and derived later, therefore minimal current stress and higher efficiency are ensured in a DAB dc-dc converter. The experimental results verify the correctness and excellent performance of the proposed optimal current control strategy.
