摘 要:传统桥式起重机传动系统由电机、联轴器、减速机、卷筒组成,传动系统复杂,噪声大,抗冲击能力差。针对细长型外转子永磁的设计进行研究,结合桥式起重机运行特点,提出电机的结构形式及运行特性曲线,着重研究极槽配合、气隙长度、漏磁系数等参数对细长型永磁电机设计的影响,实现电机与卷筒一体化,使传动系统体积小、结构简单、噪声低、可控性强、节电、节材;同时,对于外转子永磁电机的温度场和电磁场进行了分析计算。通过30t桥式起重机的现场运行与测试,证明了研究设计方法的正确性以及在起重机上应用的可行性。Traditional transmission system of bridge crane consists of motor, coupling, reducer and reel, which makes transmission system complex, noisy, and poor impact resistance. Integrated with the operation characteristics of bridge crane, this paper focuses on the design of slim outer rotor permanent magnet motor(ORPM), especially the influence of pole-slot combination, air gap length, flux leakage coefficient and other parameters. The structure put forward in this paper realized the integration of the motor and the reel, which realized small volume, simple structure, low noise, strong controllability, electricity saving and material economy. Meanwhile, the temperature field and electromagnetic field of the ORPM are analyzed. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the proposed design method is verified by the live test of a 30 t bridge crane.
