摘 要:非线性负荷接入电网会导致变压器和电机铁心磁场含有谐波,谐波的存在加剧了铁心的振动噪声。鉴于目前谐波磁场对硅钢片磁致伸缩特性影响的基础研究还比较缺乏,本文利用一台精度为10nm/m的单片电工钢片磁致伸缩测量装置,通过控制励磁磁场中三次谐波的幅值和相位,测量了无取向电工钢片的磁致伸缩波形曲线,讨论了磁场谐波成分的增加对磁致伸缩四次和六次谐波的影响。在此基础上,通过A计权特性计算了谐波磁场下磁致伸缩引起的电工钢片噪声分贝值,给出了描述谐波磁场与磁致伸缩及其对应噪声分贝值关系的二维曲面。最后,提出采用磁弹性间接耦合方法仿真分析了一台永磁同步电机铁心的磁致伸缩形变及其对应的噪声分布。所得测量数据及仿真结果可为准确分析电机铁心磁致伸缩引起的振动噪声提供参考。The nonlinear load connected into electric grid may cause the presence of higher harmonics of magnetic field in the transform cores and motor cores, which can make the vibration and noise of iron cores more serious. Owing to the lack of basic knowledge about the effect of harmonic magnetic field on magnetostrictive property for the silicon steel sheet at present, this paper measured magnetostrictive waveforms of non-oriented grain electrical steel sheet by means of controlling the magnitude and phase of the third harmonic of magnetic field in a magnetostriction tester with an accuracy of 10nm/m. Also, the effects of the increase of harmonic magnetic field on the fourth and sixth harmonic of magnetostriction were discussed. Further, the decibel value of noise caused by the magnetostriction of electrical steel sheet under harmonic magnetic field was calculated by A-weighted velocity level and the relations between harmonic magnetic field and magnetostriction and the corresponding noise were described by two-dimensional surfaces. Finally, an indirect magnetoelastic coupling method was proposed and applied to simulate the magnetostrictive strain and its noise in iron cores for a permanent magnet synchronous machine. Measured data and simulation results in this paper can provide a reference for analyzing the vibration and noise caused by the magnetostriction of iron cores more accurately.
