摘  要:通过扫描电镜、透射电镜等组织观察手段,以及强度、冲击韧度等的测试仪器,研究了两种微量元素含量(Cr、Mn、Ti、Zr、Cu)的7N01铝合金在100℃的6%Na Cl溶液中浸泡168 h的组织及力学性能。结果表明:两种合金长时间处在100℃的环境中会发生二次时效,使得晶内、晶界析出相增多,合金强度增加而韧性降低。随腐蚀时间的延长,两种合金的力学性能均持续下降;较多的微量元素添加会使得该合金在腐蚀过程中析出相更多,尺寸更大,由腐蚀而产生的性能损失增大。The effects of microelement(Cr,Mn,Ti,Zr and Cu)content on the corrosion behavior of 7N01 Al alloys soaking for 168 h in accelerated corrosion environment of 6% NaCl solution were investigated by scanning electron microscopy andtransmission electron microscopy, mechanics performance test methods of tensile test and impact properties test.The results show that the phenomenon of "secondary aging" appears in two different kinds of alloys soaking for long time in such a accelerated corrosion environment, which can increase the number of the precipitate phase both in intracrystalline and grain boundary, promote the tensile strength and impact toughness. The mechanical performance of two kinds of alloys continue to decline as the extension of the corrosion time. More trace elements added alloy can make the precipitated phase more and larger in the process, make more serious loss of property.
