摘  要:通过正交试验法和动电位扫描技术对温度、溶解氧、p H值等因素共同作用下X80钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明:温度、溶解氧和p H值对X80管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中腐蚀行为的影响较大。随着温度的升高,X80钢的腐蚀电流密度逐渐增大;随溶解氧含量的不断降低,试样的腐蚀电流密度明显减小;随溶液p H值的升高,试样的腐蚀电流密度呈逐渐减小的趋势。溶解氧对X80钢的腐蚀性影响最大,而温度对金属的腐蚀性影响相对最小。The synergistic effect of temperature, dissolved oxygen and p H value on corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in simulated Ku’erle soil solution was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and orthogonal testing. The results show that there are great influences of the temperature, dissolved oxygen and p H value on the corrosion behavior for X80 pipeline steel. With the increase of temperature, the corrosion current density of X80 steel increases gradually. With oxygen content reducing, the corrosion current density of the sample is significantly reduced. With the increase of p H value, the corrosion current density of the sample shows a gradual decrease trend. The corrosive influence of dissolved oxygen on the X80 steel was maximal, while the temperature corrosive effect on metal is relatively minimal.
