摘  要:制备了新能源汽车零部件储氢电池用Mg2Ni和Mg1.7Al0.2Ti0.1Ni0.8Cr0.2镁合金,并进行了显微组织、物相组成、充放电性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试。结果表明,与未添加合金元素的Mg2Ni合金相比,Mg1.7Al0.2Ti0.1Ni0.8Cr0.2合金的放电容量最大值从126 m Ah/g增加至768 m Ah/g;20次充放电循环后放电容量的衰减率下降78.44%,腐蚀电位正移251m V,Mg1.7Al0.2Ti0.1Ni0.8Cr0.2合金的充放电性和耐腐蚀性得到显著提高。Mg2Ni and Mg2Ni 和 Mg1.7Al0.2Ti0.1Ni0.8Cr0.2magnesium alloys for the components of new energy automobile were prepared, and the microstructure, phase composition, charge-discharge property and corrosion resistance of the samples were tested. The results show that compared with Mg2Ni alloy without alloying elements, Mg1.7Al0.2Ti0.1Ni0.8Cr0.2alloy can make the maximum discharge capacity increase from 126 m Ah/g to 768 mAh/g, can make the attenuation rate of discharge capacity after 20 charge and discharge circulations reduce by 78.44%, and can change the corrosion potential from 251 mV to positive direction. The charge-discharge property and corrosion resistance of Mg1.7Al0.2Ti0.1Ni0.8Cr0.2alloy are improved.
