包套除气对汽车用铝基复合材料性能影响研究

摘  要:本文分别采用常规制备方法和包套除气法制备了汽车用Si C/5083铝基复合材料,并进行了金相、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析以及拉伸试验和腐蚀试验。结果表明:与常规制备方法相比,包套除气制备法明显提高了该复合材料的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能;其室温屈服强度增加37%、室温抗拉强度增加66%、室温延伸率增加26%、100h室温中性盐雾腐蚀后的质量损失率从9.42%减小至1.13%。SiC/5083 aluminum matrix composite was prepared by conventional preparation method and sheath outgassing method, respectively in this article. The analyses of the metallography, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, tensile test and corrosion test were carried out. The testing results show that compared with the conventional preparation methods, the preparation method of degassing wrap can significantly improve the mechanical properties and the corrosion resistance properties of the composite material; the yield strength at room temperature increases by 37%, the tensile strength increases by 66% in room temperature, the elongation at room temperature increases by 26%, the mass loss rate of neutral salt spray corrosion after 100 h at room temperature reduces from 9.42% to 1.13%.
