摘 要:为研究局部热处理对SPCC冷轧钢压印接头静力学性能的影响分析,构建局部热处理试验平台,采用氧乙炔火焰加热方式将SPCC冷轧钢压印接头进行局部加热至870℃后迅速冷水淬火处理。对热处理前后试件进行拉伸-剪切试验,并横向截取压印接头机械內锁部分,先后对其进行金相试验和显微硬度测试试验。结果表明:淬火处理后的SPCC冷轧钢压印接头失效载荷约为4454.01 N,比未热处理压印接头提高45.39%;SPCC冷轧钢压印接头淬火处理后形成大量板条状马氏体;热处理后压印接头部位材料硬度为799.2 4HV,比未热处理提高77.78%。In order to investigate the influence of local thermal treatment on static mechanical behavior of clinched joints of cold rolling steel(SPCC), a local thermal treatment experiment platform was built, the clinched joints were adopted local thermal treatment to 870 ℃ by oxyacetylene flame and used cold water quenching treatment. Clinched joints with or without thermal treatment were performed tensile-shear test, and cut out mechanical lock part of the clinched joints along horizontal direction, then successively adopted metallographic and micro-hardness test. The results show that the SPCC clinched joints adopted quenching treatment, the failure load is 4454.01 N and form a large amount of lath martensite, in comparison to the clinched joints without local thermal treatment, its failure load enhances by 45.39%. The hardness of clinched joint materials is 799.24 HV after local thermal treatment, increasing by 77.78%.
