摘 要:研究不同正火温度对CB2(ZG12Cr9Mo1Co1Ni VNb NB)耐热钢的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,该钢经1100℃×90 min正火+760℃×2 h回火处理具有高的强度和较高的硬度;试验材料的金相组织主要由回火板条马氏体组成,在晶界和马氏体板条界上有碳氮化物析出,且随正火温度的升高,可获得分布更均匀、尺寸更细小的碳氮化物析出相,这种分布均匀的细小析出相是提高材料力学性能的关键。The effects of different normalizing temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of heat-resistant steel CB2(ZG12Cr9Mo1Co1NiVNb NB) were studied. The results show that high strength and hardness of steel are obtained by normalizing at 1100 ℃ for 90 min and tempering at 760 ℃ for 2 h. Microstructure of the test material is mainly composed of tempering lath martensite and some carbon nitride precipitates at the grain boundary and martensite lath boundary. The steel reveales a fine and uniform distribution of carbon nitride precipitates with the increase of normalizing temperature. This stable and uniform distribution of tiny carbide precipitates is the key to improve the mechanical properties of the material.
