摘  要:为了研究莆田黑猪脂肪型脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)基因的群体遗传结构,试验采用PCRRFLP技术对112头莆田黑猪A-FABP基因的多态性进行检测。结果表明:在A-FABP基因BsmⅠ酶切位点检测到多态性,由2个等位基因控制,定义为B和b,存在3种基因型,即BB、Bb和bb,BB基因型出现的频率较高,基因型频率为0.696 4,B为优势等位基因,基因频率为0.803 6。群体遗传分析结果表明,A-FABP-BsmⅠ位点属于中度多态。卡方检验结果表明,A-FABP-BsmⅠ位点处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05)。To study the population genetic structure of adipoeyte fatty acid binding protein (A - FABP) gene in Putian black pig, the polymorphism of the A -FABP genes from 1 t2 Putian black pigs were detected by PCR -RFLP technique. The results showed that the polymorphisms of the A - FABP genes were detected on Bsm I enzyme restriction site, which were controlled by two alleles designated as B and b. The A - FABP gene had three genotypes, namely BB, Bb and bb, and the frequency of gnnotype BB was 0. 696 4 which was higher than other geno- types. B was the dominant allele, and its gene frequency was O. 803 6. The population genetic analysis of the results showed that A - FABP - Bsm I site belonged to a moderate polymorphism. The Chi - square test results showed that A - FABP - Bsm I site was in a Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium ( P 〉0.05 ).
