摘　　要：论文对平衡记分卡相关理论进行了阐述,结合文献购置费使用的特殊性,建立了绩效评价模型,提出了建立文献购置费绩效评价指标的原则,在此基础上构建了绩效评价的指标体系,并以建立的绩效评价模型对某大学图书馆文献购置费的绩效进行了实例分析。This paper expounds the relevant theory of balanced scorecard. Combing the particularity of the literature purchase expense use,it establishes performance evaluation model,proposes the principle of performance evaluation index of the literature purchase expense. And on this base,the index system of performance evaluation is built. With the established performance evaluation model,it also does a case study to the performance of a university library’s literature purchase expense.
