摘　　要：作为教育部项目成果的《辑要》专著,它一方面弘扬了民族文化精髓,另一方面整合了民国图情著译文献,可谓一箭双雕之作。著作本身,蕴含了民国图书馆学百家论谈、体现了西学东渐的文化融合,并昭示了民国图书馆学史研究价值与古籍文献的传统检索价值。This paper points out that as the ministry of education project achievements, the book Summary carries forward the essence of national culture on the one hand. On the other hand, it integrates the Republic of China library science literature with translation, which can be praised as a work of killing two birds with one stone. Work itself, contains the Republic of China library science hundred discussions with teachers, reflected in cultural fusion, introduces and demonstrates the history of the Republic of China library science research value and the value of the tradition of ancient documents retrieval.
