摘 要:提出了一种用于风力提水的柔性叶片获能装置,制作了柔性叶片叶轮样机,搭建了该样机的风洞外特性测试及叶片表面压力场测试的试验平台。研究结果表明:①柔性叶片叶轮在风速为3m/s时即可启动运行,5-10 m/s时有良好的功率输出特性,当风速大于10 m/s时叶片会自动卸载,保证动力平稳输出;②柔性叶片可以根据风速的变化相应改变受风面形状,在4-10 m/s风速下,叶片弦向弯曲变形,增加风能捕获量和转化量,当风速大于10 m/s时,叶片随风速大幅变形,受风面积减小,改善了叶片的受力状态,保证风力机安全稳定的运转。柔性叶片叶轮可在较大风速范围内平稳运行,在偏远的农村牧区具有较好的应用前景。This paper put forward an energy harvesting device with flexible blades, and it is used to wind pumping water, then made a wind rotor with flexible blades, and built the experimental platform of external characteristic test and pressure test of blades surface in wind tunnel. The study shows that: (1)the wind rotor with flexible blades begins to run when the wind speed is only 3 m/s, and it has good power output performance when the wind speed is between 5 ntis and 10 m/s,and the blades will automatically unload to ensure stable power output when the wind speed is greater than 10 m/s; (2)The blades can change the shape of windward side according to the change of wind speed, when the wind speed is between 4 m/s and 10 m/s, blades bend and deform in the direction of chord, increasing the wind energy catch size and the transform amount,and when the wind speed is greater than 10 m/s, blades deform sharply according to the wind speed, so the wind area is decreased, and the blades stress state can be improved, safeguarding the security and stability of wind turbine operation. Flexible blade vane wheel can run smoothlyin a large wind speed scale, so it has good application prospects in remote rural pastoral areas.
