摘 要:简述了超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维、芳纶以及聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维的结构、基本性能;综述了近几年来国内外对这3种高性能纤维染色改性的研究进展;可通过等离子体处理、接枝处理、预处理、染料和载体的选择、染色工艺的改进等来提高高性能纤维可染性能;指出提高高性能纤维的上染牢度及改性处理后染色纤维的强度仍是以后需要解决的问题,以进一步拓宽高性能纤维的应用领域。The structure and properties of ultrahigh-relative molecular mass polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber, aramid fiber and polypbenylene sulfide(PPS) fiber were briefly described. The research progress in the dyeing modification of these three kinds of high-performance fibers was reviewed in the latest years. The dyeability of high-performance fibers could be improved by plasma modification, graft modification, pre-treatment, dyestuff and carrier selection and dyeing process innovation. It was pointed out that the research should be focused on the improvement of the dyeing fastness of high-performance fibers and the strength of dyed fibers after modification in order to further expand the application of high-performance fibers.
