摘　　要：简述了国内外己内酰胺(CPL)的生产、消费及发展情况。2014年世界CPL生产能力达到6 395kt/a,其中亚洲的CPL生产能力达到3 530 kt/a,占世界总产能的55.7%,成为世界CPL生产重心;2014年世界CPL消费约为5 000 kt,主要生产PA6纤维和PA6工程塑料、薄膜;2014年中国CPL生产能力、产量、消费继续保持增长,生产能力达到2 150 kt,产量为1 540 kt。未来两年,世界CPL的增长主要集中在中国,预计中国CPL新增产能2015年约500 kt/a,2016年约1 000 kt/a,中国将成为世界CPL重要的市场。指出世界CPL开工率不高,市场竞争激烈,中国CPL产业结构和布局应有待调整,CPL在高速纺纤维和工程塑料应用发展空间大。The production, consumption and development status of caprolactam （CPL） were briefly described in the world. The production capacity of CPL reached 6 395 kt/a in 2014 in the world, with 3 530 kt/a in Asia accounting for 55.7% ; Asia has become the production center of CPL in the world. The world CPL consumption was about 5 000 kt in 2014, dominantly for PA 6 fiber, engineering plastics and film. The production capacity, output and consumption of CPL kept growing in 2014 in China, the production capacity reached 2 150 kt and the output was 1 540 kt. The growth of CPL production capacity was mainly in China in the following two years, and the newly expanded CPL production capacity in China was predicted to be about 500 kt/a in 2015 and 1 000 kt/a in 2016, and China will be an important CPL market in the future. It was pointed out that the CPL industry would face low operation rate and competitive market in the world, the CPL industrial construction and distribution should be adjusted in China, and the CPL would have a great development space in high-speed spinning and engineering plastics.
