摘 要:C60高性能混凝土替代当前混凝土电杆生产中常用的C40普通混凝土,不仅可以提高电杆的承载力,而且还可以有效提高电杆的耐久性。通过试验研究了玄武岩和石灰岩两种粗骨料混凝土,石粉含量(0~6%范围内)对混凝土强度与密实性的影响规律。研究表明:玄武岩混凝土的抗压强度随石粉掺量的增加先增大后减小,而石灰岩混凝土的抗压强度随石粉掺量的增加先减小后增大;两种骨料混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度均随石粉掺量的增加先减小后增大;当石粉掺量在6%以下时,混凝土的电通量均在500C左右,表明混凝土密实性较好,其中玄武岩混凝土的电通量随石粉掺量的增加呈增大趋势,石灰岩混凝土的电通量随石粉掺量增加呈先增大后减小的趋势。The C60 high performance concrete may be instead of the commonly used C40 concrete in current concrete pole production. This concrete can not only improve the bearing capacity of the poles,but also can effectively improve the durability of the poles. Two kinds of coarse aggregate,which were basalt and limestone,were taken to study by means of experiment for the content of stone powder ( range from 0 to 6%)influence on concrete strength and tightness. Researches show that the compressive strength of concrete with ad-mixture of basalt powder increased first and then decreased with the increasing content of stone powder,while the compressive strength of concrete with admixture of limestone powder decreased first and then increased with the increasing content of stone powder. The ten-sile strength of two kinds of concrete decreased first and then increased along with the increasing dosage. When the powder content is below 6%,all the dielectric flux is about 500C,which shows that the consistency of the concrete is good,while the flux of basalt con-crete decreased with the increasing dosage,and the flux of limestone concrete firstly increased and then decreased with the increasing dosage.
