摘　　要：目的：探讨肝移植患者不同生存期重返工作岗位对生活质量的影响。方法将202例肝移植患者按不同生存期分为3年以下、3∽5年和5年以上组。各组按是否重返工作岗位分为工作组与未工作组。比较各组生活质量各维度的差异。结果5年以上工作组在PF、RP、BP、GH、VT、M H维度，3∽5年工作组在RP、GH、SF维度，3年以下工作组在PF、RP、VT、SF、RE维度得分高于未工作组，且差异有统计学意义。结论重返工作岗位，有助于提高肝移植不同生存期患者的生活质量。Objective To study the effect on quality of life for patients with liver transplantation after return to work at different survival period .Method 202 patients with liver transplantation with different survival period was divided into the following three groups ：under 3 years ,3∽5 years and over 5 years .Within each group ,they are di‐vided into returning to work group and non‐returning to work group .Their dimensions of quality of life was meas‐ured and compared among groups .Result The dimensions scores for PF ,RP ,BP ,GH ,VT ,M H for over 5 years group ,The dimensions scores for RP ,GH and SF for 3∽5 years group and score for PF、RP、VT、SF、RE for less than 3 years group in returning to work group was better than that of on‐returning to work group .There was signif‐icant difference between the two groups .Conclusion Returning to workforce will help to improve the quality of life of for patients with liver transplantation at different survival period .
