摘 要:传染病报告卡片每日在"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"录入,由疾控中心疫情直报管理员和医院疫情直报人员每日和每月进行审核,对报告质量进行控制,及时修改不合格的报告卡片。疫情直报人员需要随时将卡片从"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"中导出,逐一进行审核,由于审核项目固定,质控标准一致,可以将审核过程进行软件化处理,直接通过软件得出质控结果,节省人力的同时能够提高审核的准确性、一致性。国内现有部分疾控中心进行该项软件的开发和研制工作,但主要开发均是基于Office办公系统的Excel表格的VBA程序进行编程操作。由传染病疫情直报人员或质量控制人员从"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"中导出传染病报告卡片的Excel表格下载数据库,再利用Excel表格的程序(如VBA程序)及其它计算机程序可以直接对此类表格进行识别。现研究将相应的筛选程序由工程师设计后编入软件,采用点击方式自动对所下载的数据进行筛选和分析,简化操作过程,减少重复劳动,也避免了系统不稳定或者操作有误造成的筛查错误,使审核真正做到标准化、自动化。将传染病疫情报告质量控制要求等规范化、程序化基本可行;该辅助软件为改善现传染病报告管理工作提供了新的参考与手段。Infectious disease report cards were daily recoeded in the "China Disease Prevention and Control Information System" , reporting administrators from CDC and hospital reviewed daily and monthly on the quality control and timely modified unqualified cards. Epidemic reporting cards need to be exported from " China Disease Prevention and Control Information System" at all hours and reviewed one by one. Due to regular auditing items and consistent quality control standards, the auditing could be carried out through software. Quality control could be directly obtained through software processing, therfore saving manpower and improving accuracy and consistency. Developing of the software were conducting in some domestic CDCs, while main of them are based on the form of office excel VBA systems. Infectious disease report card database were exported from " China Disease Prevention and Control Information System" in excel spreadsheet and identified by excel spreadsheet program (such as VBA program) and other computer programs. In this study, appropriate screening procedures were designed and incorporated into the software. Therefore, it is achieved that data downloaded could be automatically screened and analyzed using click-through tosimplify operations and reduce duplication of effort, as well as avoiding system instability or screening errors caused by mistake operation. Standardizing quality control of infectious disease reporting is feasible; the supporting software may provide a new tool for improving management of infectious disease report.
