摘　　要：概述了冷轧析出强化钢拉伸应变痕对产品使用的影响,分析了此缺陷的产生机理,指出成品的屈服延伸率大小直接影响拉伸应变痕的严重程度;从一贯制工艺角度出发,分析了热轧卷取温度、冷轧退火温度、平整率及平整轧制力等工艺参数对成品拉伸应变痕的影响,提出了改进方向.The effects of tension strain trace of cold-rolled precipitation strength steel on the users was summarized. Mecha- nism of this defect has been analyzed. On the base of consistent process, the effects of hot rolling temperature, cold annea- ling temperature, temper roiling rate and temper rolling force on the tension strain trace of cold-rolled precipitation strength steel have been analyzed, and the improvement direction has been given.
