磷酸二铵产品养分含量的快速调节方法

摘　　要：针对磷酸二铵生产过程产品总养分含量的波动,结合生产过程分析结果,阐述了快速调节磷酸二铵产品养分含量的方法。对养分含量超标(w(总养分)>64.3%)情况,采用加入硫酸或磷酸一铵渣,以及提升产品水含量的方法降低养分含量;对养分含量低(w(总养分)<63.9%)的情况,采用降低产品水含量,或调节N、P质量比的方法提升总养分含量。两种方法皆可快速、有效地使磷酸二铵产品w(总养分)接近64.0%。According to the fluctuation of product nutrient content in diammonium phosphate production, the quick adjustment method for nutrient content in diammonium phosphate product are introduced combining with analysis results in production process. For the higher nutrient content （w （total nutrient） 〉 64.3% ）, the measures are adopted to reduce the nutrient content including adding sulfuric acid or MAP slag, and increasing the water content in product; For the low nutrient content （w（total nutrient） 〈 63.9%）, the measures are adopted to increase the nutrient content including reducing the water content in product, adjusting mass ratio of N and P. The w（total nutrient） in product can be quickly and effectively adjusted to 64.0% with the two methods.
