摘  要:在小样本试验基础上,进行了甲维盐与阿维菌素对麦长管蚜野生种群的室内毒力测定,并利用DPS芬尼分析模块对生测数据进行处理。结果表明,20 min左右2种药剂致死效应差异最大,甲维盐对阿维菌素10 min到60 min 6个时间段的LD50致死剂量比率测定值依次为464.923、146.150 3、143 296.7、53 371.90、58.094与6.240 04。阿维菌素类微生物源杀虫剂药效高且环境兼容性好,在蚜虫无公害治理方面有很好的实用价值。On the basis of a small-scale sensitivity test, the indoor effectcomparative tests of controlling the wildSitobion avenae by emanectin benzoateand avermectin were carried out, and thedata of these tests were treated byFinney Analysis' Module of DPS soft-ware. The results showed that the dispar-ity of two insecticides' lethal effects wasthe most greatest at about 20 min, andthe Lethal Dose Ratios of LDso at 6 timesegments froml0 minutes to 60 minuteswere 464.923, 146.150 3, 143 296.7,53 371.90, 58.094 and 6.240 04, re-spectively. Generally, the avermectinstyle insecticides which sourced mi-croorganism had better effect and betterenvironment compatibility, and had ahigher value on IPM of aphids.
