摘　　要：根据铸造湿型砂造型生产线、覆膜砂制芯生产线和砂处理线工艺流程特点,从环境影响评价角度考虑,需要关注工艺布置方案、造型制芯除尘措施、落砂除尘设施、通风除尘系统和固体废物处置措施。According to the technological process characteristics of casting green sand molding production line, precoated sand core-making production line sand preparation production line. This paper focused on process arrangement scheme, modeling and core-making dust control measures, sand dust removal facilities, ventilating and purifying air system and solid waste disposal measures by thinking in terms of environmental impact assessment.
