摘　　要：少弱精子症是引起男性不育的主要原因,中医认为肾藏生殖之精,少弱精子症病位在肾,与脾、肝、肺、心等脏息息相关,治疗以补肾填精为主,兼以健脾、疏肝、润肺、养心。现从五脏理论对少弱精子症文献进行综述,旨在指导临床治疗。Oligoasthenospermia is the main cause of male infertility, reproductive kidney essence of Chinese medicine, oligoasthenospermia disease located in the kidney, spleen, liver, lungs,heart and other dirty closely related, treatment with Bushentianjing based, and the spleen, liver, lungs, nourishing the heart. Now the five internal organs theory oligoasthenospermia literature review, aims to guide clinical treatment.
