摘　　要：目的:评估壮医药线点灸治疗经尿道前列腺电切术(TUPR)后膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的疗效。方法:随机区组法选择40例患者分为治疗组、对照组两组,分别采用壮医药线点灸治疗和口服酒石酸托特罗定片治疗,收集两组治疗后各相关指标并进行计算评估。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗前后各个指标无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组不良反应发生率低。结论:壮医药线点灸在治疗TUPR后OAB方面的疗效确切。Objective：To evaluate Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion therapy transurethral resection （TUPR） overactive bladder （OAB） patients. The method of random method to select 40 patients divided into two groups, control groups, respectively Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion therapy and oral tolterodine tartrate tablets in the treatment, to collect all relevant indicators calculated after treatment and evaluation. Results： The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were significant differences in the various indicators （P〉0.05）; a low incidence of adverse reactions treatment group.Conclusion： strong medicine thread moxibustion treatment TUPR in terms of the exact effect of OAB.
