摘　　要：4G的到来为运营商的融合通信提供了全新的发展机遇,介绍了融合通信的3个发展阶段,并对4G时代运营商发展融合通信的关键要素进行了分析,最近探索了转型中的融合通信。The advent of 4G provides brand-new developmental opportunities to unified communication of operators. Three developmental stages of unified communication were introduced. Key factors to develop unified communication for operators in 4G era were analyzed. In addition, the unified communication in transition was explored.
