摘  要:以高油酸油菜品系11549-18和低油酸油菜品系11550-8近等基因系为实验材料,对其生物学性状、经济性状和品质性状进行了研究,以确定其性状是否稳定。试验于2012年9月至2013年5月采用完全随机区组设计在湖南农业大学耘园油菜基地进行。结果如下:甘蓝型高-低油酸油菜品系11549-18和11550-8的开花趋势基本相同;11549-18的株高、一次有效分枝数、每角果粒数均比11550-8略高,而主茎总叶数、主茎绿叶数、最大叶叶长及叶宽、主花序有效角果数比11550-8略低,但差异不显著;11549-18的油酸含量比11550-8高25.174%。由上述结果可知,该组近等基因系性状稳定。The high oleic acid rapeseed line 11549-18 and low oleic acid rapeseed line 11550-8 were used as raw materials to study the difference of economic characters, quality characters and biological traits. A completely randomized block was used to design the test from September 2012 to May 2013. The results showed that the high-low oleic acid rapeseed lines blossom tendency of 11549-18 and 11550-8 was almost the same. The plant height, first effective branch number, seed number per pod of 11549-18 were slightly higher than that of 11550-8, while the total leaf number, stem leaf number, maximum length and width of leaves, effective pod num-ber of main inflorescence were slightly lower than that of 11550-8, but the difference was not significantly. The oleic acid content of 11549-18 was 25.174%higher than that of 11550-8. From the above results, the near isogenic lines investigated in this study can be considered with stable traits.
