摘 要:结合铜转炉烟尘元素特点开展金属提取研究,通过多次试验确定采用烟尘浸出+电积脱铜工艺回收铜,在氯盐体系下加入浸铜渣将铋浸出,通过加入饱和碳酸钠溶液调节控制溶液p H值在2.5左右,将铋以氯氧化铋产品形式提取。该工艺可使烟尘中铜金属直收率达到96%,铋金属直收率达到94%。Study on the metal extraction practice is carried out, combined with the nature and characteristics of copper converter dust. On the basis of sufficient experiments and testing, copper extraction is achieved through hydrometallurgical leaching together with copper removal by eleetrowinning. Bismuth is leached by adding copper leached residue into chloride system. The pH value of the solution is controlled around 2. 5 by adding saturated solution sodium carbonate, which contributes efficiently to the extraction of Bismuth oxychloride. By the application of this technological process, effective recovery of valuable metals in the dust is achieved, with the copper and bismuth direct recovery rate respectively to 96% and 94%.
