生产液体SO_3联产发烟硫酸的设计与实践

摘　　要：介绍硫铁矿制酸装置生产液体SO3联产游离SO3质量分数65%的发烟硫酸及精制硫酸的设计,分析生产过程中遇到的问题及解决办法。生产液体三氧化硫的工艺是利用硫酸生产过程中转化气的余热加热蒸发发烟硫酸,该法具有可连续生产、安全可靠和节能等优点;精制硫酸是采用吸收法工艺,大大降低了生产成本。Design of co-production course of liquid SO3 and oleum containing 65 wt% free SO3 and refining sulphuric acid in pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant are introduced. Problems occurring during production are analyzed and suggestions are proposed. Waste heat of converted gas during sulphuric acid production was used to heat and evaporate oleum with advantages of sustainable production, safety, reliability and energy saving in sulphur trioxide production process. Sulphuric acid refining process applied absorption method, thus reducing manufacturing cost.
