摘  要:介绍了几种低浓度H2S气体的回收硫工艺。分析各工艺的应用条件、工艺原理、工艺流程及设备。建议对于φ(H2S)为1%~20%的低浓度H2S气体,采用选择氧化法较合适,该工艺简单,投资少,运行费用低。对于干法氧化法,建议采用Super Claus工艺,特别是EUROClaus工艺;对于湿法氧化法,则采用LO-Cat工艺比较合适。Several types of technology of sulphur recovery from low concentration of H2S are introduced. Application conditions, technical principals, process flow and equipment are analyzed. Selective oxidation method was suggested to be applied for H2S gas of which concentration was from 1 vol% to 20 vol%, with simple technology, less investment and running cost. In terms of dry oxidation method, SuperClaus technology was suggested, especially EUROClaus technology, and as for wet oxidation method, LO-Cat technology was more suitable.
