摘　　要：近代急剧变革时期,怒江流域的森林资源不断萎缩,滇西战争使原始森林遭到砍伐、破坏;建国初期毁林开荒、农场的开辟,大规模推广粮食、经济作物的种植,尤其是疾风暴雨式的大炼钢铁以及"火不烧山地不肥和牧草不旺"的耕作方法引发的森林火灾,对怒江流域的森林造成了极大破坏,生态环境恶化,水土流失、泥石流频发。In the modern period characterized by rapid change, the forest resources in the Nu Jiang River Basin were being gradually shrunk, and the primeval forests were cut down and destroyed due to Dianxi War（ the war breaking out in western Yunnan in Chinese recent history）. In the early years of the foundation of People＇ s Republic of China, the devastating forests for arable land, making room for farming, large - scale promotion of planting food and economic crops, especially the violent storm type of great steel - making, and the forest fire started by the tillage method of ＂no land is fertile, and no grass is lush without burning the mountains＂ damaged the forest in the Nujiang River Basin greatly, deteriorating the ecological environment, eroding the soil, and causing frequent out- breaks of mud slides.
