摘　　要：目的了解农村基层医疗队伍的人力资源和继续医学教育现况,为陕西地区县级基层医学继续教育的发展提出建设性意见。方法选取陕西省商洛地区洛南县医院114名在职医务人员为调查对象,采用问卷调查方法对其一般信息、继续医学教育现状、态度、存在问题等进行现况调查。结果农村基层医务人员整体学历偏低、后备力量不足等问题比较突出。继续医学教育在内容上仍以临床诊疗为主;形式多为授课模式,且培训时间相对较短。高级职称及本科学历接受教育方式更多(P<0.05),学习时间更长(P<0.01);而学历高者对教学效果满意度更差(P<0.001)。职称低者及学历低者学习时间更欠缺(P<0.01),中专学历者认为考核压力最大(P<0.001)。结论未来有必要针对不同职称和学历者优化内容、形式和时间,建立反馈和改进机制。Objective To understand the present situation of human resources and continuing medical education of rural primary-care personnel and offer constructive suggestions for the development of county-level rural grassroot continuing medical education in Shaanxi.Methods We enrolled 114 active medical staff of Luonan County Hospital in Shaanxi Shangluo as the survey subjects.The questionnaire consisted of general information,status quo of continuing medical education,attitudes and problems.Results We found conspicuous problems such as relatively low level of the overall academic degree of rural grassroots medical staff and insufficient reserve force.The main content of continuing medical education was still clinical diagnosis and treatment.The form still tended to be lecture-based teaching mode and the length was relatively short.The staff with senior academic titles and bachelor＆#39;s degree received more learning methods （P ＆lt;0.05）and had longer time to learn （P ＆lt;0.01）,but better-educated staff were not satisfied with the teaching effect （P ＆lt;0.001）.Those with lower academic titles and education had less time to learn （P ＆lt;0.01 ）,the staff who graduated from secondary vocational schools felt greater assessment-related stress （P ＆lt;0.001）.Conclusion It is necessary to improve and optimize the content,form and time of continuing medical education according to different professional ranks and degrees and to establish feedback and continuous improvement system in future.
