摘　　要：奥巴马政府的"重返东南亚"战略是冷战结束以来美国东南亚政策的延续和拓展,旨在为美国在新形势下称霸全球服务。过去4年多以来,奥巴马政府从外交、军事、经济等层面全面推进该战略,增强了美国在东南亚的影响力和存在感,使美国基本回到东南亚;但给中国带来不容忽视的影响。不过,该战略在今后的推进中还受美国本身、东盟国家及中国等多方因素的牵制。The return to Southeast Asia strategy of Obama administration is the continuation and expansion of US policy in Southeast Asia since the end of the cold war,aiming at servicing for US dominating the world under the new situation.In the past four years,Obama administration comprehensively pushed the strategy from the diplomatic,military,economic and other aspects,and it enhanced the influence and sense of presence of US in Southeast Asia and made US basically back to the Southeast Asia;but the impacts that it had on China can＇t be ignored.However,the strategy is still restrained by several factors including the US itself,ASEAN countries and China and etc.
