中国轻、重工业企业集约用地影响因素比较研究

摘　　要：工业用地是地区经济发展的重要载体,提高工业用地集约利用水平是缓解工业用地供需矛盾,保障工业经济发展的有效途径。基于此,本研究深入至微观企业层面,分轻、重工业比较分析工业企业集约用地的影响因素,利用统计性分析和计量方法,系统研究了1999-2009年我国5个代表性省份工业用地集约利用情况与影响因素差异,检验了企业属性、投入因素、社会经济因素和区位因素对工业企业土地利用集约度的影响。研究结果表明：轻、重工业内部均存在企业用地多寡不均现象,且重工业企业土地利用集约度明显高于轻工业企业;影响轻、重工业企业土地利用集约度的因素存在显著差别,其中,劳动、土地价格因素、人均GDP和内陆港口城市属性对轻工业企业土地利用集约度存在显著影响,而研发、补贴因素、城市规模、与最大港口距离、和企业规模因素则相对更为显著的制约重工业企业集约用地。Industrial land is the important cartier of regional economic development, while improving the level of intensive land use is an effective way to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of industrial land, and to ensure the development of industrial economy. The research will analyze influencing factors of intensive land use between light and heavy industry on the micro enterprise level. Using statistical analysis and measurement method, the systematic research of industrial land intensive utilization and influencing factors a- mong five typical provinces of China in 1999- 2009. And it examines the enterprise property, the input factors, social economic factors and locational factors＇ impact on intensive land use of industrial enterprises. Results indicated that：①uneven phenomenon exists within the light and heavy industries and intensive land use degree in heavy industries is obviously higher than that of light industry enterprises; ② the influencing factors are differently between light and heavy industry, and the labor, land prices, PGDP and inland port city property impact light industry intensive land use significantly, otherwise research and development, subsidies factors, urban scale, and the largest port distance, and the enterprise scale factor is relatively more significant to heavy industry intensive land use.
