摘　　要：本文运用数据包络分析了中国玉米工业深加工消费行业的生产效率,发现玉米酒精系列产品加工业的纯技术和规模效率均达到较高水平,玉米淀粉系列产品加工业的纯技术效率较低且规模效率较低,因此需要淘汰落后产能、扩大企业规模来提高整个行业收益水平。Taking the production emciency of China＇s maize deep processing industry as goal, using the method of data envelopment analysis, this paper studied the overall production efficiency, pure technical production efficiency and scale production efficiency of the maize starch processing industry and maize alcohol processing industry. It showed that the technical and scale efficiency of processing industry of alcohol products was high, and the technical efficiency of processing industry of starch products was lower and the scale efficiency was needed to be improved, so it is a feasible way to improve the industry earnings by expanding business scale.
