摘　　要：全球运动员人才流动是一种复杂的、特殊的人才流动现象,应该从政治、经济、文化和社会四个方面解释运动员人才流动的规模和趋势。运用文献资料、深度访谈、网络数据等研究方法,以2013-2014赛季世界职业足球主要联赛的注册球员为研究对象,对全球运动员人才流动的背景和动机进行了深入的研究。主要结论:不同民族国家间足球运动员的跨国流动程度日益提高,并且欧足联之外的球员主要来自南美洲和非洲。欧洲各大足球俱乐部更有可能投资或者使用全球招募策略,从各自的国际足联协会中招募球员。相矛盾的是,这样的球员招募策略可能会造成欧洲足球五大联赛的"依赖式发展",导致欧洲足球俱乐部愈加依赖外籍球员。The international flow of football players around the world is a complex and special phenomenon of talent flow and it is necessary to interpret the scale and tendency of such talent flow from the perspectives of politics, economy, culture and society. The major conclusion is as follows： the transnational flow of football players from different nations and countries is grows day by day, and football players outside Union of European Football Association are mainly from South America and Africa. Major football clubs in Europe are more likely to invest in or use global recruitment strategy to recruit players from their respective FIFA associations. Contradictorily, such recruitment strategy may lead to the “dependent development” of the five European leagues, making European football clubs depend more on foreign players.
