中等城市体育场馆向社会开放的实证研究——以泸州市为例

摘　　要：体育场馆向社会开放是保障公民参与体育锻炼权利的重要举措,体育场馆肩负着全民健身的重任,应向社会开放。通过对泸州市城区体育场馆的实地考察、问卷调查和专家访谈等研究方法,研究泸州市城区体育场馆开放的现状,为进一步研究场馆开放利用,加大公共体育场馆的开放利用率,满足人们日益增长的体育健身需要提供依据。The openness of sports venues to the public is the key measure of protecting the right of citizens in joining in taking exercises. Sports venues, which shoulder the responsibility of mass fitness, should be opened to the public. By the field trip in the sports venues in Luzhou urban district, questionnaire, expert interview, the situation where the sports venues in Luzhou urban districts are opened is analyzed, providing the ground for further research into being opened and exploited, the openness and utilization rising of public sports venues, and the satisfaction of the increasing demands for fitness.
