摘 要:通过在液压支架上合理布置倾角传感器,以两柱掩护式液压支架姿态监测为目标,建立了支架三维杆系模型,推导出支架在任意姿态下各关键参数的姿态算法;并采用Solid Works环境中等比例搭建了支架虚拟样机,通过Motion插件对支架进行了运动学仿真,绘制了极限位态时支架关键构件运移关系曲线,该曲线可作为指导支架姿态监测的依据,同时验证了姿态算法的正确性。By installing inclinometer in powered support, 3-d linkage model was set up for monitoring attitude of two-prop shield pow-ered support, Attitude algorithm of key parameters under random attitude was deduced.Moderate percentage virtual prototype of pow-ered support was set up and kinematics simulation was finished with Motion plug in SolideWorks environment.The movement relation-ship curve of key components at limit attitude was drawn which could be used to instruct powered support attitude monitoring, and veri-fied attitude algorithm as well.
