渭干河两种鱼类体长与体质量关系的研究（英文）

摘　　要：对渭干河2种濒危鱼类新疆扁吻鱼和厚唇裂腹鱼的体长与体质量关系进行了研究。于2011—2012年从塔里木河上游支流渭干河采集2种土著鱼类,并用4%福尔马林固定保存。运用形态学方法对采集的标本进行鉴定,并对2种鱼类的体长与体质量进行了测定及相关关系分析。结果表明,新疆扁吻鱼体长与体质量的关系式为W=0.010L3.044(R2=0.994),匀速生长,机体偏瘦;厚唇裂腹鱼体长与体质量的关系式为W=0.027L2.784(R2=0.910),匀速生长,生长不稳定。此外,2种鱼类的体长与体质量相关关系在雌雄个体间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。In this study, the relationship between the body length and weight was analyzed in two fish species, Aspiorhynchus laticeps （Day） and Schizothorax irregularis （Day）, which are now the endangered fish species in Weigan River of the Tarim water system. Specimens of these two native fish species were collected during the period of 2011 to 2012, and then preserved in 4% formalin. The specimens were characterized morphologically. The length-weight relationship of A. laticeps was described by the formula W=0.010L3.044 （R2=0.994） and that of S. irregularis was described by W=0.027L2784 （R2=0.910）. The results showed that both the species grew evenly. But the growth of S. irregularis was unstable. Both species were slightly slim. There were significant differences in the length-weight relationship between males and females in both above species （P〈 0.05）.
