摘 要:羊毛细度是影响羊毛价格的主要因素,也是毛纺工业中评价羊毛品质最重要的指标。在分析鄂尔多斯细毛羊羊毛细度的基础上,利用高通量测序技术测定了不同纤维细度个体皮肤转录组。结果显示,鄂尔多斯细毛羊羊毛纤维直径为(13.16±3.39)^(27.81±5.63)μm,有半数羊毛样品的细度变异系数在18.7%~23.3%之间;育成公、母羊较成年公、母羊羊毛直径小(P<0.01);皮肤转录组测序共获得6个个体28.6 G数据量,为下一步羊毛细度相关基因筛选奠定了基础。Wool diameter is the key factor affecting wool prices, and is also the most important indicator of the wool industry requirements. The present study analyzed the wool diameter of Erdos fine wool sheep, and on this basis, the skin transcriptome of different fiber diameter individuals were sequenced using high-throughput sequencing technology. The results showed that the fiber diameter of Erdos fine wool sheep is between (13.16±3.39)-(27.81 ±5.63)μm, with the coefficient of variation of half the samples between 18.7%-23.3%; the fiber diameter of bred males or ewes is smaller than that of adult males or ewes (P〈0.01); an amount of 28.6 G data were obtained from six individuals through skin transcriptome sequencing, which laid foundation for the selection of wool diameter-related zenes.
