“岗位前移”在消毒供应中心的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨“岗位前移”在消毒供应中心工作中的应用效果。方法：将2014年1~4月手术器械32774件设为对照组,采用传统工作模式进行回收、清点、预处理,2014年5~8月手术器械69646件设为观察组,采用“岗位前移”工作模式,进行手术器械的预处理。比较2种不同工作模式的器械返洗率、临床科室满意度。结果：消毒供应中心采用“岗位前移”的工作模式后器械的返洗率降低了5.15%,对消毒供应中心的工作满意度提高达100%,2组手术器械返洗率与手术室满意度差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：在消毒供应中心实施“岗位前移”的工作模式,降低了器械的返洗率,提升了器械清洗质量,提高了对消毒供应中心的工作满意度,有利于进一步保障患者的安全及优质护理服务的开展。Objective：To explore the application effects of the“job advancement” in central sterile supply department. Methods：The recovery,inventory and pretreatment of 32 774 surgical instruments using the traditional mode was served as the control group from January to April 2014,the 69 646 surgical instruments pre-treated with the＆quot;job advancement＆quot; mode were served as the observation group from May to August 2014. The backwashing rate of instruments and satisfaction degree of clinical department between two groups were compared. Results：The rate of the instrument backwashing decreased 5. 45%,and the satisfaction degree increased to 100% when the “job advancement” was employed in central sterile supply department. The differences of the backwashing rate of instruments and satisfaction degree of operation room between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：Conclusions：The “job advancement” mode in central sterile supply department can decrease the backwashing rate of instrument,enhance the cleaning quality and satisfaction degree in central sterile supply department, which is conducive to further ensure patients＆#39; safety and high quality nursing service.
