摘 要:目的探讨术前CT多平面重建(MPR)模拟脑室-腹腔分流术的意义。方法对2013—2014年拟行脑室-腹腔分流术患者12例行术前头颅CT螺旋扫描,将扫描数据于医学影像工作站行MPR,术前模拟脑室穿刺部位及路径,选择最佳穿刺点及穿刺方向,将模拟手术数据用于指导实际手术操作。结果 12例脑室穿刺一次性成功率及准确率均为100%,无穿刺道出血等并发症出现。结论术前CT MPR模拟脑室-腹腔分流术有利于指导手术,提高分流管位置准确率。Objective To evaluate the value of surgery simulation using multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) of CT imaging in ventriculo-peritoneal shunt procedure. Methods Spiral CT scans were conducted in 12 patients with hydrocephalus planning ventriculo-peritoneal shunt during 2013 and 2014. The imagings were transfered to the working station where MPR were performed. Pre-surgical simulations were done in the working station. The best puncture point and direction was chosen to instruct the actual procedure. Results All procedures were suc- cessfully done at their first performances. The positions of the tubes were appropriate and no complications were found peri-surgically. Conclusion Pre-surgical simulation using MPR of CT imaging can instruct the actual ventri- culo-peritoneal shunt procedure.
