中医综合疗法应用于高血压脑出血术后临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察中医综合疗法应用于高血压脑出血术后的临床疗效。方法：将62例高血压脑出血术后患者随机分为对照组30例和综合组32例。对照组给予常规对症、支持治疗及护理;综合组在对照组治疗的基础上予中医药综合调护,包括中药汤剂鼻饲、针刺、推拿及特色护理。两组疗程均为4周,观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分、ADL评分及血肿吸收情况。结果：治疗后综合组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组（P〈0.01）;综合组有效率为81.2%,明显高于对照组的56.7%（P〈0.01）;治疗后两组血肿容量均较治疗前缩小,综合组血肿容量小于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：中医药综合调护应用于高血压脑出血术后,能有效改善患者神经功能及认知功能,促进神经功能的恢复。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM Comprehensive Treatment on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage（HIH） after operation. Methods： Sixty-two patients with HIH after operation were randomly divided into the control group and the comprehensive group, with 30 and 32 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given ronline symptomatic, supportive treatment and nursing, while the ones in the comprehensive group were added TCM eomprehensive nursing, including TCM decoction nasal feecling, acuptuncture therapy, massage therapy, and speeial nursing on the basic treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded 4 weeks as a treatment course. Then the neurologic impairment scores, ADL scores and hevnatoma absorption hefore and after the treatment in both groups were observed. Resuhs： After the treatment, the neurologic impairment score of the comprehensive group was lower than that of the control group; The ADL score of the comprehensive groulp was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The effective rate of the comprehensive group （81.2%） was obviously higher than that of the control group （56.7%） （P 〈0.01 ）. The henmtoma absorption capacity of both groups became narrower compared before the treatment ; And the comprehensive group was smaller than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conelusion： TCM comprehensive treatment can effectively improve nerve function and cognitive function of patients with HIH after operation, reduce their hematoma absorption, and promote recovery of nerve function.
