健脑益智胶囊联合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤性精神功能障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健脑益智胶囊联合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤性精神功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年9月本院收治的80例颅脑损伤性精神功能障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者给予抗精神障碍西药联合高压氧治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合中药健脑益智胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗后MMSE及ADL评分均较对照组患者有显著提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为90.0%,与对照组72.5%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脑益智胶囊联合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤性精神功能障碍能够明显改善患者的临床症状和体征,减轻患者的神经功能损伤,促进神经功能的恢复,改善患者的日常生存质量,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiannao Yizhi Capsule （JNYZC） in combination with hyperbaric＇ oxygen on mental dysfunction due to brain injury. Methods： Eighty patients with mental dysfunction clue to brain injury who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2012 and Sept. 2014 were chosen as research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Western medicine for treating mental dysfunction in combination with hyperbaric oxygen, while the ones in the observation group were added JNYZC on the basic treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects of both groups were compared. Results ： After the treat- ment, MMSE score and ADL score of the observation group were obviously improved than those of the control group; And the differences had statistical significance （ P 〈0.05 ）. The effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, while that of the con- trol group was 72.5% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： JNYZC in combination with hyperbaric oxygen has remarkable effect on mental dysfunction due to brain injury, can greatly improve the patients clinical symptoms and physical signs, reduce their nerve function injury, promote the nerve function recovery, and improve their daily survival quality
