活络效灵丹加味预防人工髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成50例

摘　　要：目的:观察活络效灵丹加味预防人工髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:选取下肢人工髋关节置换术后患者100例,按随机数字表法分为华法林组和中药组各50例。中药组术后给予活络效灵丹加味治疗,华法林组术后给予华法林片治疗。结果:两组治疗后凝血酶原时间变化情况比较,中药组优于华法林组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组复发率、有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:活络效灵丹加味预防人工髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成临床疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effeet of Modified Huoluo Xianling Pill in preventing deep venous thrombosis for patients after artificial hip replacement. Method： 100 patients with arlificial hip replacement were randomly divided into warfarin group （50 cases） given warfarin tablets and Chinese medicine group （50 eases） given Modified Huoluo Xiaoling Pill. Resuhs：As to the changes of prothrombin time. the Chinese medicine group were better than warfarin group;the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. But the differences in relapse rate and effective rate had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Hunluo Xiaoling Pill has remarkable etteet of preventing deep venous thrombosis of patients after artificial hip replacement.
