关节松动术配合灵龟八法治疗膝骨性关节炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察关节松动术配合灵龟八法治疗膝骨性关节病的临床疗效。方法:选取膝骨性关节病患者76例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组36例。治疗组给予关节松动术配合灵龟八法治疗,对照组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为47.22%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:关节松动术配合灵龟八法治疗膝骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of joint mobilization techniques combined with eight methods of intelligent turtle on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 76 eases with knee osteoarthritis were randomized into treatment group （40 cases） and contrel group （ 36 cases）. Treatment group were given joint mobiiization techniques combined with eight methods of intelligent turtle and control group were given glucosamine sulfate capsules for the treatment. Results： The effective rate of treatment group were 95.00%, better than that of control group （47.22%） （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Joint mobihzation techniques combined with eight methods of intelligent turtle has good ctinical effect on knee osteoarthritis.
